Terms & Conditions

Inspire Golf

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 December 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of coaching, lessons, packages and other services provided by Inspire Golf. By booking or attending a lesson or purchasing a package with Inspire Golf, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

⸻

1. Booking and Payment

    1.    All lessons or packages must be booked in advance and confirmed by Inspire Golf.

    2.    Payment must be made in full before or at the time of the lesson (or as agreed when purchasing a package).

    3.    Packages are non-transferable and may include an expiry date communicated at purchase.

⸻

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    1.    Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

    2.    If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend (“no-show”), 50% of the full lesson price will be charged.

    3.    For package lessons, failure to give 24 hours’ notice results in the lesson being lost (no refund, credit or rescheduling).

    4.    Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement, emergency) may — at the sole discretion of Inspire Golf — see cancellation fees waived or reduced. You must contact Inspire Golf as soon as possible to explain the circumstances.

⸻

3. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

    1.    You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in golf coaching and will disclose any medical conditions prior to your first lesson (and whenever your health status changes).

    2.    You understand and accept that golf coaching carries inherent risks — including but not limited to being struck by clubs or balls, slips, trips, falls, or other accidental injury. By booking a lesson you voluntarily assume all such risks.

    3.    Inspire Golf, its coach(es), employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you, except where due to negligence or breach of statutory duty.

⸻

4. Code of Conduct

    1.    Clients must behave in a courteous, respectful and safe manner at all times. Abuse, aggression, intimidation or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. If, in the coach’s reasonable opinion, your behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unacceptable, the coach may terminate the lesson with no refund or credit.

    2.    Clients are responsible for providing their own golf equipment (clubs, balls, appropriate clothing/shoes), unless otherwise arranged. Inspire Golf may supply equipment if arranged in advance — but declines liability for borrowed equipment. Borrowed equipment must be returned in good condition.

    3.    Lessons may be recorded (photo or video) for coaching/analysis purposes. By attending, you consent to recordings by Inspire Golf. If you prefer not to be recorded, you must notify the coach in advance.

⸻

5. Data Protection

    1.    Inspire Golf collects and processes personal data (e.g. name, contact details, payment details, health information) for the purposes of providing lessons, managing bookings and ensuring safety. All personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

    2.    Your data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for service provision (e.g. venue operators) or legally required.

⸻

6. Cancellation or Suspension by Inspire Golf

In rare cases (e.g. coach illness, adverse weather, venue issues) Inspire Golf may need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. In such cases:

    •    Inspire Golf will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and offer you a choice of a new date or a full refund (if pre-paid).

    •    Inspire Golf will not be liable for any costs or losses you may incur (e.g. travel, time off work).

⸻

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

⸻

8. Changes to Terms

Inspire Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes by email or other contact details on file. Continued booking or participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

⸻

9. Acceptance

By booking or attending a lesson with Inspire Golf, you confirm that you:

    •    Have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

    •    Acknowledge the risks inherent in golf coaching.

    •    Agree to abide by the booking, cancellation and code of conduct rules.
